Terms & Conditions

We are happy to exchange your purchase (yep, even sale items!) but first there’s a few things to know....

Before returning any purchases back to us, please ensure you email info@makaiboutique.com.au. Please state your invoice ID number, date of purchase, products and reason for returning. We will then email you a returns form to fill out to send back with your order.

We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are offered in the form of a credit note within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will be issued with a store credit for the value of the items you are returning. We will not accept any returns back after 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you inform us with any issues or faults with your order or product within 14 days, after this period we will assume there were no issues or faults. 

Please send your return back with registered mail, we will then inspect the goods before processing a credit to your MAKAI customer account.

All shipping costs are to be covered by the customer including when using your store credit and when returning a product back to us. 

Please ensure goods are returned in their original condition:

-All swing tags attached.

-Hygiene stickers are clean and attached.

-Ensure garments are unstained and not used in any way- this includes makeup marks, perfume and fake tan marks. 

-Ensure any security seals are not broken.  

-Ensure all packaging sent with the product is returned back to us along with the return form.

 

Once the goods are inspected and comply with the above, we will then email you once your MAKAI customer account has been credited how to use your credit note. We will also email you if the return is deemed rejected and this will be mailed back you.

We recommend you keep the tracking number once you post your return as MAKAI will not be held responsible for any missing packages. 

We have high quality control at MAKAI but if you receive a faulty product please email: info@makaiboutique.com.au immediately and we will advise on what to do next.

Maui Babe products have no security seal therefore can not be returned and are final sale only.
